Niknam wil de grens over naar Amerika, maar hier in Nederland lijkt hij richting een andere grens geduwd te worden. Namelijk die van grensoverschrijdend gedrag. Dat zou jammer zijn voor ondernemend Nederland. Maar mogelijk, dat werknemers met die spiegel van Niknam voor zich duidelijk weten waar succes voor staat en dat zij graag willen laten zien, waartoe zij onder de knoet van een ijzeren discipline waard zijn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-vivid-red-background-color has-text-color has-background\">The winner takes all. Ali Niknam, founder of Bunqbank, does not compromise on his management style and is therefore successful. His adage is: quality is what you agree on. But also the Rotterdam &#8216;don&#8217;t talk, but brush&#8217;. The applicant is clearly told what is expected of him\/her\/LGBTIQ+ in terms of work ethic.
