Er zijn echter historische voorbeelden van conflicten die, hoewel moeilijk, uiteindelijk zijn opgelost via diplomatie, dialoog en onderhandelingen&#8221;. Doorgevraagd naar die conflicten noemt chatGPT de Zuid-Afrikaanse apartheid (ontmanteld), Noord-Ierland (Goedevrijdagakkoord), Colombia (vredesakkoord FARC) en het conflict India\/Pakistan (staakt-het-vuren Kasjmir). Hoewel massieve destructie aan beide zijden van de grens met de Gaza strook als een dreigende donkere wolk boven de partijen hangt, lijken diplomatie, dialoog en onderhandelingen toch de enige weg te zijn om uit dit langdurige conflict te komen.
