Personeel vinden blijft in 94 procent van de beroepsgroepen een probleem, schrijft UWV-arbeidsmarktadviseur Saskia Grit op LinkedIn. De grootste tekorten zitten in de zorg en de techniek: loodgieters, fysiotherapeuten, maar ook leerkrachten en juristen zijn lastig te krijgen. Michiel Dijkman, voorzitter van Economics Boards Nederland, noemt drie prioriteiten om het tij te keren, waaronder het verhogen van arbeidsproductiviteit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aldus een bijdrage op LinkedIn<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-drop-cap has-white-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-background-color has-text-color has-background has-link-color wp-elements-36610a6cb004a6a553d74a2b59ae4a3c wp-block-paragraph\">Opmerking<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het is natuurlijk sneu, dat je in een krappe markt toch geen passende arbeid kan vinden. Maar werkgevers hameren echt niet alleen op diploma&#8217;s, zoals door personeelsgoeroes op LinkedIn vaak wordt beweerd. In goed Nederlands heeft de werkgever zich echt wel al overgegeven aan &#8220;skills-based hiring&#8221;: selectie op aantoonbare vaardigheden, ervaring, portfolio&#8217;s, certificaten en praktijkproeven in plaats van alleen formele opleidingen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Maar is een personeelstekort nou zo erg? Je zou als samenleving ook kunnen accepteren, dat een samenleving met minder werkenden ook minder produceert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Veel zgn. degrowth (ontgroei)-denkers, zoals Tim Jackson zeggen dat de echte vraag niet is hoe we de oude groeicijfers behouden, maar welke productie en diensten we echt belangrijk vinden wanneer arbeid, energie en grondstoffen beperkt zijn. In zijn boek Prosperity Without Growth onderzoekt hij de vraag of een welvarende samenleving mogelijk is zonder de voortdurende drang naar meer economische groei.  <a href=\"https:\/\/nl.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Tim_Jackson_(econoom)\">https:\/\/nl.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Tim_Jackson_(econoom)<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dit is mogelijk niet in het voordeel van postactieven, zoals gepensioneerden, die de financiering van hun toekomstig, maar juist hun uitgekeerd pensioen sterk afhankelijk zien van beleggingsresultaten in winstgevende en dus groeiende bedrijven. Die winst moet natuurlijk wel gegarandeerd blijven.
